About the founders
Adish Jain grew up in a business family where generosity and education were part of everyday life. His father was known for helping anyone in need and his mother believed deeply in the power of learning. Adish carried these values into his own life, completing an MBA and a Masters in Engineering before building a successful career in corporate America with Fortune 500 companies.
Asha Jain was raised in a family guided by strong principles, creativity, and service. Her father had a talent for visionary thinking and her mother had a natural gift for caring for others. Asha earned a Master’s degree in Language in India, then continued her education in the United States with a degree in Engineering and a diploma in Interior Design.
Together, Adish and Asha bring a unique blend of discipline, compassion, and lived experience to their Foundation. Their lifelong belief in education, dignity, and opportunity shapes every project they support. They remain closely involved with village development, digital education, health programs, and cultural initiatives, visiting communities, guiding local leaders, and ensuring that each program builds long-term self-reliance. Their story is rooted in family values and carried forward through a shared vision for meaningful and sustainable change.
